Try starting with the root chakra & Ground Me daily until the bottle is finished, then ascend through the chakras, ending with Cosmic Consciousness.
Though a reminder, as always, you can’t do it wrong! Despite this suggestion, our overarching message is, tap into that intuition! Once you’re attuned to the energetic vibes of each Chakra/Elixir you can use intuitively as needed.
We particularly love incorporating the Chakra Elixir range with other practices that also focus on Chakra Energy - during yoga, meditation, breathwork, reiki or other energetic healing. This might look like pairing Ground Me with a grounding meditation, Whole Lotta Love with a heart-opening yoga flow or Soul Seeker during a healing Breathwork session.
