How long does my order take to ship?

Your Elixirs will be carefully packaged & dispatched 1-3 working days after purchasing. Please allow up to 4 working days for regular post, a little longer for regional areas, and up to 2 days for express post from dispatch. The postage time will depend on your location. If your purchase is a last minute gift (how nice of you!) please let us know when you checkout and we’ll do out best to get it to the very lucky recipient.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We sure do! We love sending our native Australian flower essences across the globe. We send to Europe, Asia Pacific, North America & Canada. Please contact us if your location isn’t available for selection at checkout.

What is your return policy? 

For health and safety reasons there are no returns on Feel & Flow Flower Elixirs. However, if the wrong product has been sent to you (oops, so sorry!) then we are happy to exchange it for the right one.

What happens if I make a mistake in my postage details?

Please double-check your address before submitting your order. Feel & Flow Flower Elixirs do not accept responsibility for incorrect shipping details. Should this occur, if the products are returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange payment to reship - and of course confirm the address details - so we can have your Elixirs with you as soon as possible!
